Shipping policy

FutureVan Downs is committed to serving our customers with the fastest possible delivery. Most orders should be ready to be shipped within 5 business days. However, custom tarp orders can take 5 – 10 business days to ship. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a UPS tracking #. For pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready.

Business days are Monday through Friday. If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know by calling us at (800) 788-6808 so that we may do all we can to ship it to you by that date. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the purchase amount.

UPS Delivery

Many of our deliveries are shipped via UPS, which will only deliver to a street address. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address. Tarps Outlet cannot ship to P.O. (Post Office), A.P.O. (Army Post Office), or F.P.O. (Fleet Post Office) boxes. To make sure your order doesn’t get delayed, please make certain that your ship-to address is NOT a P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O.

Freight delivery is used when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small package carriers.
